Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả một số đặc điểm dịch tễ học hành vi tự gây thương tích ở học sinh trung học cơ sở
tại thành phố Hà Nội.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Mô tả cắt ngang phát vấn 1.118 học sinh 02 trường trung học cơ sở tại
thành phố Hà Nội năm 2016.
Kết quả: Một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến tự gây thương tích ở học sinh trung học cơ sở, bao gồm: Đặc
điểm nhân khẩu học; Rối loạn cảm xúc, Rối loạn cư xử, Có vấn đề quan hệ đồng lứa; Sử dụng chất
gây nghiện; Bắt nạt và bị bắt nạt…
Kết luận: Hành vi tự gây thương tích ở học sinh trung học cơ sở bị ảnh hưởng bởi các yếu tố nhân
khẩu học, một số rối loạn tâm thần; sử dụng chất gây nghiện; bắt nạt và bị bắt nạt.
