Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Phân tích kết quả chăm sóc, phục hồi chức năng vận động cho người bệnh đột quỵ não
sau giai đoạn cấp.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 147 người bệnh (NB) có
đột quỵ não (ĐQN) giai đoạn sau cấp tại Viện Y học Cổ truyền Quân đội.
Kết quả: Mức độ liệt theo thang Henry giảm dần, thay đổi tích cực về mức độ suy giảm vận động
theo thang Rankin và mức độ độc lập trong sinh hoạt theo thang Barthel, với p đều < 0,05.
Kết luận: Chăm sóc phục hồi chức năng (PHCN) cho NB đột quỵ là rất cần thiết, nên được thực hiện
sớm và đồng độ nhằm giúp NB sớm lấy lại được chức năng ban đầu và sớm hòa nhập với cộng đồng.
