ĐẶC ĐIỂM VÀ KẾT QUẢ NUÔI DƯỠNG TRẺ ĐẺ NON BẰNG ĐƯỜNG TIÊU HÓA TẠI BỆNH VIỆN PHỤ SẢN TRUNG ƯƠNG NĂM 2021

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả chăm sóc, nuôi dưỡng trẻ sơ sinh non tháng tại Trung tâm Sơ sinh Bệnh
viện Phụ sản Trung ương năm 2021.
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả thuần tập tiến cứu 189 trẻ sơ sinh có tuổi thai từ 25 tuần đến 32
tuần được chăm sóc sau sinh tại Trung tâm chăm sóc và điều trị sơ sinh- Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung
ương từ 01/11/2020 - 30/06/2021.
Kết quả: Phần lớn trẻ được cho ăn tiêu hóa 1,1 ± 0,3 ngày và mất trung bình 16,8 ± 4,8 ngày để trở
lại cân nặng lúc sinh. Cân nặng tăng trung bình 14,7 ± 5,8 g/kg/ngày, chiều dài tăng trung bình 1.0 ±
0.2 cm / tuần, vòng đầu tăng trung bình 0.8 ± 0.15 cm / tuần. Tỷ lệ trẻ chậm tăng trưởng sau sinh tại
thời điểm xuất viện là 65,61%. Biến chứng thường gặp nhất là viêm ruột hoại tử (5,8%), chỉ có 1 trẻ
tử vong khi ra viện (0,5%).
Kết luận: Nuôi dưỡng trẻ đẻ non bằng đường tiêu hóa an toàn, hiệu quả, ít biến chứng và giúp trẻ
sớm trở lại cân nặng lúc sinh. Cần thêm các nghiên cứu phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới kết quả
nuôi dưỡng trẻ.
