An Phúc – thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu thuần tập tiến cứu trên 120 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán,
điều trị tăng huyết áp tại Phòng khám đa khoa An Phúc, có tình trạng rối loạn lipid máu nguyên phát.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân nam là 52,5%. Tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân là 62,17 ± 9,38. Đa số bệnh
nhân tăng huyết áp độ I (42,50%) và độ II (48,33%). Bệnh nhân đạt được huyết áp mục tiêu chiếm
65,83%. BN có rối loạn lipid máu ở 4 dạng: tăng TG huyết thanh 50,83%, tăng cholesterol toàn phần
42,50%; tăng LDL-c 36,67% và giảm HDL-c 27,50%. Có 5% bệnh nhân thuộc nhóm nguy cơ tim
mạch rất cao, 19,17% bệnh nhân có nguy cơ tim mạch cao. Có 47,5% bệnh nhân thuộc nhóm nguy
cơ tim mạch thấp.
Kết luận: Đa số bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp độ I và độ II. BN có rối loạn lipid máu ở 4 dạng: tăng
TG huyết thanh 50,83%, tăng cholesterol toàn phần 42,50%; tăng LDL-c 36,67% và giảm HDL-c
27,50%. Phần lớn bệnh nhân thuộc nhóm nguy cơ tim mạch thấp.
