Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang nhằm mô tả kiến thức, thực hành về an toàn người bệnh ở 300 điều dưỡng viên tại Bệnh viện Quân y 105 năm 2021. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy về kiến thức: Tỷ lệ điều dưỡng đạt kiến thức sự cố y khoa là 36,0%, đạt kiến thức phòng chống sự cố y khoa là 52,0%, đạt kiến thức sự cố y khoa Bệnh viện Quân y 105 là 40,0%, đạt kiến thức chung là 29,7%. Về thực hành: 27,1% điều dưỡng có thực hành chung đạt về các nội dung an toàn người bệnh. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần nâng cao công tác quản chất chất lượng cho bệnh viện.
