Mục tiêu: Khảo sát hiểu biết và thái độ của người bệnh vảy nến về ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 309 bệnh nhân vảy nến tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Trung ương từ 02/2024 đến 05/2024.
Kết quả: 91,9% người bệnh chưa biết gì về ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo. 70,6% người bệnh chỉ tin tưởng chẩn đoán của AI nếu có bác sĩ chuyên khoa đồng thuận. Trong đó, các lợi ích của AI là cung cấp dữ liệu cho nghiên cứu y tế, nâng cao chất lượng chẩn đoán và tăng khả năng tiếp cận với dịch vụ y tế. Ba trở ngại lớn nhất là người bệnh không chắc chắn muốn sử dụng AI (72,1%), khó sử dụng (68,4%) và không có thời gian (49,0%). Đối với việc sử dụng ứng dụng AI để chẩn đoán bệnh vảy nến, 64.7% người bệnh cho rằng ứng dụng này có ích. Số ít bệnh nhân (18.4%) muốn sử dụng ứng dụng AI. Mức độ hiểu biết của người bệnh có mối liên quan chặt chẽ với trình độ học vấn và lứa tuổi.
Kết luận: Mức độ hiểu biết và tin tưởng của bệnh nhân vảy nến về trí tuệ nhân tạo còn hạn chế. Tuy nhiên bệnh nhân cho rằng việc sử dụng AI trong chẩn đoán bằng ảnh lâm sàng là hữu ích. Điều này cho thấy cần có sự giáo dục và làm rõ hơn về lợi ích của công nghệ trí tuệ nhân tạo trong lĩnh vực da liễu để cải thiện sự chấp nhận và sử dụng từ phía bệnh nhân.
