Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng rối loạn giấc ngủ ở người từ 18-60 tuổi sinh sống tại hai xã, phường tỉnh thái bình năm 2024-2025.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành nhằm đánh giá tình trạng rối loạn giấc ngủ ở 1760 người trưởng thành, độ tuổi từ 18-60, sinh sống tại phường Trần Lãm (thành phố Thái Bình) và xã Thụy Duyên (huyện Thái Thụy), tỉnh Thái Bình, từ tháng 8/2024 đến tháng 1/2025.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ rối loạn giấc ngủ chiếm 24,2% ở người trưởng thành từ 18-60 tuổi. Tỷ lệ rối loạn giấc ngủ ở nữ nhiều hơn nam, trong đó mất ngủ chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là 23,5%; tiếp theo là ác mộng, hội chứng chân không yên với tỷ lệ lần lượt là 4,8% và 4,2%. Trong các triệu chứng ban đêm hay gặp của rối loạn giấc ngủ, triệu chứng tỉnh dậy ban đêm là triệu chứng phổ biến nhất gặp ở 92% người có rối loạn giấc ngủ, các triệu chứng như giật mình khi ngủ (39%), cảm thấy rất lạnh (34,7%) cũng thường gặp.

Kết luận: Rối loạn giấc ngủ xuất hiện phổ biến ở người trưởng thành thừ 18-60 tuổi, ở nữ nhiều hơn nam giới.
