Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và kết quả điều trị bệnh nhân nhồi máu não cấp mức độ nhẹ tại Khoa Cấp cứu – Bệnh viện Giao thông vận tải.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 31 bệnh nhân ≥18 tuổi, chẩn đoán nhồi máu não cấp mức độ nhẹ (NIHSS ≤ 4), nhập viện trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ khởi phát triệu chứng và điều trị tại Bệnh viện Giao thông vận tải từ 7/2023–10/2024. Dữ liệu thu thập bao gồm đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng, hình ảnh học, phân loại nguyên nhân theo TOAST, phương pháp điều trị và tình trạng ra viện. Phân tích số liệu bằng SPSS 20.0, với p<0,05 được coi là có ý nghĩa thống kê.

Kết quả: Tuổi bệnh nhân dao động từ 49–93, tỷ lệ nam/nữ gần tương đương (48,4% và 51,6%). Liệt nửa người (32,3%), nói khó (22,6%) và rối loạn cảm giác (19,4%) là triệu chứng thường gặp. Tăng huyết áp là yếu tố nguy cơ phổ biến nhất (>75%). Tổn thương chủ yếu ở hạch nền (45,2%), thùy não (25,8%) và dưới vỏ (16,1%). Nguyên nhân mạch máu nhỏ chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (48,3%). Tất cả bệnh nhân được điều trị nội khoa, không có trường hợp tử vong hay chuyển tuyến.

Kết luận: Nhồi máu não cấp mức độ nhẹ có tiên lượng ngắn hạn khả quan, song vẫn tiềm ẩn nguy cơ di chứng và tái phát. Cần tăng cường phát hiện sớm, kiểm soát yếu tố nguy cơ mạch máu và xem xét chiến lược quản lý lâu dài.
