Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kiến thức và thái độ của điều dưỡng tại Bệnh viện Quốc Tế Mỹ về hồi sức tim phổi (CPR) nhi khoa và xác định các yếu tố liên quan.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện từ tháng 8/2024 đến tháng 1/2025 trên 105 điều dưỡng. Kiến thức và thái độ được đánh giá bằng bảng hỏi chuẩn hóa.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ điều dưỡng có kiến thức và thái độ tốt về CPR nhi khoa lần lượt là 38,1% và 40%. Kiến thức CPR tốt có liên quan đến trình độ học vấn cao (p=0,036). Các khía cạnh kiến thức còn hạn chế bao gồm xử trí ban đầu khi nghi ngờ ngừng tim, kỹ thuật ấn tim, hô hấp nhân tạo, và tỷ lệ ấn tim/thổi ngạt. Thái độ tích cực thấp ở các khía cạnh liên quan đến sử dụng máy sốc điện tự động và hà hơi thổi ngạt.

Kết luận: Kiến thức và thái độ của điều dưỡng về CPR nhi khoa còn hạn chế. Cần tăng cường đào tạo và huấn luyện, đặc biệt về sử dụng máy sốc điện và kỹ năng thực hành, để cải thiện kết quả CPR ở trẻ em.
