Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ và một số yếu tố liên quan đến trầm cảm ở học sinh cuối cấp trung học phổ thông tại thành phố Hà Nội.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 986 học sinh khối 12, cấp trung học phổ thông tại thành phố Hà Nội từ ngày 1/12/2023 đến 30/5/2024.

Kết quả: 51,9% học sinh có trầm cảm ở các mức độ, trong đó mức độ tối thiểu là 29,9%, mức độ nhẹ là 10,7%, mức độ trung bình là 6,4%, mức độ nặng là 4,9%. Các yếu tố liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê với tỷ lệ mắc trầm cảm là: giới tính, áp lực học tập, bị bắt nạt tinh thần, bị bắt nạt trực tuyến, nghiện sử dụng điện thoại (p < 0,01). Trong đó, áp lực học tập, bị bắt nạt tinh thần, bị bắt nạt trực tuyến, nghiện sử dụng điện thoại có tỷ suất chênh rất cao giữa các nhóm.

Kết luận: Có 51,9% học sinh cuối cấp trung học phổ thông trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội mắc trầm cảm ở các mức độ. Các giải pháp nên tập trung vào các yếu tố: áp lực học tập, bị bắt nạt tinh thần, bị bắt nạt vật lý, bị bắt nạt trực tuyến, nghiện sử dụng điện thoại ở học sinh.
