44. ĐIỀU DƯỠNG TRONG CỘNG ĐỒNG DÂN TỘC THIỂU SỐ: NGHIÊN CỨU ĐỊNH TÍNH THĂM DÒ VỀ TẢO HÔN

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Tảo hôn là vấn đề sức khỏe cộng đồng, phản ánh bất bình đẳng giới và hạn chế tiếp cận dịch vụ chăm sóc sinh sản vị thành niên ở vùng dân tộc thiểu số. Nghiên cứu này nhằm tìm hiểu nhận thức, hành vi liên quan đến tảo hôn và vai trò của điều dưỡng viên trong phòng ngừa tại cộng đồng.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu định tính thăm dò được thực hiện tại huyện Mộc Châu (Sơn La) với 21 người tham gia (giáo viên, phụ huynh, điều dưỡng viên/nhân viên y tế và lãnh đạo địa phương). Dữ liệu được phân tích theo phương pháp Braun & Clarke.

Kết quả: Kết quả cho thấy tảo hôn được bình thường hoá trong cộng đồng H’Mông. Hạn chế về kiến thức, rào cản ngôn ngữ và e ngại truyền thông là những thách thức chính.

Kết luận: Điều dưỡng viên có vị trí thuận lợi để can thiệp nhưng còn thiếu hỗ trợ. Nghiên cứu khuyến nghị tăng cường năng lực và phối hợp liên ngành để nâng cao vai trò điều dưỡng trong phòng ngừa tảo hôn.
