Mục tiêu: Khảo sát tỷ lệ rối loạn giấc ngủ và tình trạng kiểm soát đường huyết ở người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2; đồng thời đánh giá mối liên quan giữa chất lượng giấc ngủ (PSQI) và chỉ số HbA1C.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu cắt ngang thực hiện trên 150 người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2 đang điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Huế. Thang điểm Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) được sử dụng để đánh giá rối loạn giấc ngủ; HbA1C được sử dụng làm chỉ số kiểm soát đường huyết. Phân tích hồi quy logistic được áp dụng để xác định mối liên quan.

Kết quả: Có 60,7% người bệnh có rối loạn giấc ngủ (PSQI ≥ 5) và 38,7% chưa kiểm soát được đường huyết với chỉ số HbA1C ≥ 7%. Phân tích hồi quy logistic cho thấy PSQI ≥ 5 là yếu tố dự báo độc lập có ý nghĩa thống kê đối với HbA1C ≥ 7% (OR = 2,32; KTC 95%: 1,09–4,95; p = 0,029).

Kết luận: Rối loạn giấc ngủ là tình trạng phổ biến ở người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2 và có liên quan đến việc kiểm soát đường huyết kém. Tầm soát và can thiệp giấc ngủ cần được lồng ghép trong quá trình điều trị lâu dài.
