13. MỐI LIÊN QUAN GIỮA CHỈ SỐ GIẢI PHẪU ĐỘ SÂU TIỀN PHÒNG VỚI MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ NHÂN KHẨU HỌC VÀ THỊ LỰC Ở NGƯỜI TRUNG NIÊN VIỆT NAM

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Xác định mối liên hệ giữa độ sâu tiền phòng với các yếu tố nhân khẩu học nhãn áp ở người Việt Nam trong độ tuổi trung niên (46-65 tuổi).

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 195 người Việt Nam từ 46-65 tuổi bằng máy IOL Master 700 tại Bệnh viện Mắt Trung ương.

Kết quả: 195 người với 94 nam (48,2%) và 101 nữ (51,7%) có độ sâu tiền phòng 3,15 ± 0,36 mm; độ sâu tiền phòng giảm theo tuổi và lớn hơn ở nam giới với p < 0,05; độ sâu tiền phòng không tương quan tuyến tính với nhãn áp và không có sự khác biệt theo địa dư.

Kết luận: Độ sâu tiền phòng là chỉ số có giá trị trong chẩn đoán và điều trị nhiều bệnh lý của nhãn cầu. Nghiên cứu xác định chỉ số độ sâu tiền phòng trên người Việt Nam, đóng góp vào cơ sở dữ liệu sinh trắc học nhãn cầu bình thường làm tiêu chuẩn để so sánh với các trường hợp bệnh lý.
