43. TỔNG QUAN VỀ NGHỀ QUẢN LÝ, HUẤN LUYỆN SỨC KHỎE: THỰC TRẠNG, THÁCH THỨC VÀ TRIỂN VỌNG

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Sự gia tăng bệnh mạn tính, lối sống ít vận động và nhu cầu chăm sóc sức khỏe dự phòng đã làm nổi bật vai trò của nghề quản lý và huấn luyện sức khỏe. Nghiên cứu này tổng quan thực trạng phát triển nghề quản lý, huấn luyện sức khỏe, phân tích vai trò trong hệ thống y tế và nhận diện thách thức, cơ hội phát triển.

Phương pháp: Tổng quan tài liệu từ các nguồn khoa học uy tín như PubMed, Scopus và Google Scholar. Các từ khóa tìm kiếm gồm “health coaching”, “well-being”, “health management”, “chronic disease prevention”, “lifestyle intervention” và “behavioral health coaching” nhằm đảm bảo phạm vi nghiên cứu toàn diện.

Kết quả: Nghề quản lý, huấn luyện sức khỏe ngày càng được công nhận nhờ khả năng hỗ trợ thay đổi hành vi sức khỏe, cải thiện quản lý bệnh mạn tính, nâng cao tuân thủ điều trị và sức khỏe tinh thần. Tuy nhiên, ngành này còn đối mặt với thách thức như thiếu tiêu chuẩn hóa trong đào tạo, chưa được tích hợp đầy đủ vào hệ thống y tế và hạn chế về nhận thức cộng đồng.

Kết luận: Nghề quản lý, huấn luyện sức khỏe góp phần nâng cao chất lượng sống và đóng vai trò quan trọng trong chăm sóc sức khỏe chủ động. Cần có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, sự công nhận pháp lý và cơ chế tích hợp vào y tế dự phòng để phát triển bền vững.
