Tóm tắt

Objective: Describe some factors related to patient and family satisfaction with nursing care at the cosmetic plastic surgery department of Hanoi Medical University Hospital in 2023.

Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 132 research subjects who were patients or family members directly taking care of patients from June 2023 to December 2023.

Results: Patients are satisfied with nursing care at different levels. Patient satisfaction is related to age (OR = 3.4; 95%CI = 1.1-13.2; p = 0.04) and return for follow-up examination and treatment (p < 0.001).

Conclusions: The factors of age and returning for follow-up examination and treatment are related to the satisfaction of the patient/patient's family, other factors have not found statistically significant differences.
