KIẾN THỨC, THÁI ĐỘ, THỰC HÀNH CỦA NGƯỜI DÂN VỀ BỆNH ẤU TRÙNG GIUN ĐŨA CHÓ, MÈO Ở NGƯỜI TẠI NGHỆ AN NĂM 2021

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành của người dân về bệnh ấu trùng giun đũa chó, mèo ở người tại Nghệ An năm 2021.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 400 người dân từ 18 tuổi trở lên.

Kết quả: Điểm kiến thức trung bình chỉ đạt 23,6% so với dự kiến; trên 80% người được hỏi có kiến thức kém (81,8%). Tỷ lệ người dân không nuôi chó, mèo và nuôi chó, mèo tốt chỉ chiếm 37,8%; tỷ lệ người dân có thói quen sinh hoạt không tốt chiếm 88,0%. Thái độ của người dân về bệnh ấu trùng giun đũa chó, mèo ở người khá tốt (62,7%). Điểm trung bình của điểm thái độ đạt 71,4% điểm mong đợi.

Kết luận: Kiến thức, thực hành của người dân về bệnh ATGDCM ở người chưa tốt. Thái độ của người dân về bệnh ATGDCM ở người khá tốt. Do đó, cần có những phân tích sâu hơn để tìm ra các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến kiến ​​thức và thực hành của người dân trong việc phòng chống bệnh ấu trùng giun đũa chó, mèo ở người.
