37. SỰ KỲ THỊ XÃ HỘI, CĂNG THẲNG TÂM LÝ Ở NGƯỜI CHĂM SÓC TRẺ KHUYẾT TẬT TẠI HUYỆN PHÚ VANG, THÀNH PHỐ HUẾ

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả sự kỳ thị xã hội, căng thẳng tâm lý ở người chăm sóc trẻ khuyết tật tại huyện Phú Vang, thành phố Huế và phân tích các yếu tố liên quan đến căng thẳng tâm lý.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 92 người chăm sóc trẻ khuyết tật từ 0 đến dưới 18 tuổi tại huyện Phú Vang, thành phố Huế. Sự kỳ thị xã hội và căng thẳng tâm lý của người chăm sóc được đánh giá bằng thang đo sự kỳ thị xã hội và DASS-21. Phân tích hồi quy đa biến logistic để kiểm định các yếu tố liên quan đến căng thẳng tâm lý.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ đối tượng có căng thẳng tâm lý là 47,8%. Các yếu tố liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê đến căng thẳng tâm lý (p < 0,05), bao gồm: số trẻ khuyết tật trong gia đình, trẻ mắc khuyết tật trí tuệ, mức độ khuyết tật của trẻ và sự kỳ thị xã hội của người chăm sóc.

Kết luận: Cần tăng cường hỗ trợ tâm lý và đào tạo kỹ năng chăm sóc trẻ khuyết tật cho người chăm sóc, nhằm giúp họ giảm bớt gánh nặng tâm lý và chăm sóc con trẻ tốt hơn.
