NGHIÊN CỨU KIẾN THỨC CỦA NGƯỜI DÂN VỀ NHỮNG ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA ASEN ĐỐI VỚI SỨC KHỎE TẠI 6 XÃ HUYỆN VŨ THƯ, TỈNH THÁI BÌNH NĂM 2017

Mục tiêu: Mô tả kiến thức của người dân về những ảnh hưởng của asen với sức khoẻ tại 6 xã huyện Vũ Thư, tỉnh Thái Bình năm 2017. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 1184 người dân độ tuổi ≥ 18 tuổi. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu cho thấy có tới 53% người dân chưa được nghe thông tin về ô nhiễm Asen vào thực phẩm, 32,6% người dân biết Asen vào cơ thể qua thực phẩm. Tỷ lệ hiểu biết về các nơi tồn tại asen khoảng từ 11,6% đến 36,5%; đường vào cơ thể khoảng từ 1,7% đến 38%; các cơ quan bị ảnh hưởng từ 3% đến 22,5%; dấu hiệu ban đầu nhiễm asen từ 4% đến 23%; dấu hiệu ngoài da từ 5,4% đến 23%; dấu hiệu thần kinh từ 4,2% đến 18%. Tỷ lệ người dân biết các thực phẩm có nguy cơ ô nhiễm Asen thấp.

Kết luận và kiến nghị: Kiến thức người dân còn thấp do vậy cần có các biện pháp truyền thông về ảnh hưởng asen lên sức khoẻ đối với người dân tại huyện Vũ Thư, tỉnh Thái Bình.
