Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Xác định tỉ lệ kiến thức đúng, thái độ đúng, hành vi đúng phòng ngừa ngã của điều dưỡng khoa nội trú bệnh viện thành phố Thủ Đức năm 2024 và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu sử dụng bộ câu hỏi, để thu thập dữ liệu của 269 điều dưỡng làm việc ở các khoa nội trú và sử dụng phương pháp định lượng theo thang đo Likert và bộ câu hỏi tham khảo với chỉ số Alpha đạt 0,86.

Kết quả: Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 19% điều dưỡng đạt kiến thức đúng, trong khi thái độ chỉ có 38,3% điều dưỡng có thái độ tích cực. Hành vi tốt phòng ngừa té ngã của điều dưỡng là 86,6%. Nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy Điều dưỡng được đào tạo có thái độ tích cực cao gấp 2 lần và hành vi tốt cao gấp 2,911 lần so với nhóm chưa được đào tạo.

Kết luận: Nghiên cứu cho thấy kiến thức, thái độ và hành vi của điều dưỡng về phòng ngừa té ngã tại Bệnh viện Thành phố Thủ Đức năm 2024 còn nhiều hạn chế. Cần có những chương trình đào tạo bài bản, toàn diện và liên tục để trang bị kiến thức, nâng cao nhận thức và thay đổi thái độ của điều dưỡng về phòng ngừa té ngã.
