TÌNH TRẠNG DINH DƯỠNG TRẺ 6-23 THÁNG TUỔI ĐANG MẮC NHIỄM KHUẨN HÔ HẤP CẤP VÀ MỘT SỐ THỰC HÀNH NUÔI TRẺ CỦA BÀ MẸ TẠI BỆNH VIỆN SẢN NHI TỈNH HÀ NAM NĂM 2016-2018

Điều tra theo phương pháp cắt ngang mô tả trên 523 cặp mẹ con trẻ 6-23 tháng tuổi đang mắc nhiễm
khuẩn hô hấp cấp vào điều trị tại Bệnh viện Sản nhi tỉnh Hà Nam năm 2016-2018 nhằm đánh giá
tình trạng dinh dưỡng của trẻ và mô tả một số thực hành nuôi trẻ của bà mẹ. Kết quả cho thấy: Tỷ lệ
SDD thấp còi và gầy còm của trẻ ở mức cao: 21,2% và 11,1% (tương ứng); tỷ lệ SDD thể nhẹ cân là
14,0%. Tỷ lệ bà mẹ cho con bú muộn sau 1 giờ đầu sau sinh và tỷ lệ bà mẹ cho cho con ăn bổ sung
quá sớm hoặc quá muộn (trước 6 tháng hoặc sau 8 tháng tuổi) khá cao: 62,5% và 53,0% (tương ứng);
tỷ lệ bà mẹ vắt bỏ sữa non trước khi cho trẻ bú lần đầu là 24,3%. Những trẻ được bắt đầu cho ăn bổ
sung không đúng thời điểm so với những trẻ được cho ăn đúng thời điểm có tỷ lệ SDD thấp còi cao
hơn: 24,2% và 18,8% (tương ứng) (OR=1,4; 95%CI 0,9-2,3) nhưng chưa thấy sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa
thống kê (p=0,1075); tỷ lệ SDD nhẹ cân cũng cao hơn: 19,5% và 7,8% (tương ứng) khác biệt có ý
nghĩa thống kê rất rõ rệt (OR=2,9; 95%CI 1,6-5,3; p=0,0001).
