Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng hành vi nguy cơ lây nhiễm HIV/AIDS và một số yếu tố liên quan ở nhóm
nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới (men who have sex with men - MSM) tại thành phố Thái Nguyên
năm 2020.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 72 MSM từ 15 tuổi trở
lên có quan hệ tình dục (QHTD) với nam giới khác, hiện đang sinh sống và học tập tại thành phố
Thái Nguyên.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ không sử dụng bao cao su (BCS) khi QHTD qua đường hậu môn còn khá cao 37,5%.
Có 65,3% MSM chưa từng sử dụng PrEP. Phân tích hồi quy đơn biến cho thấy, hành vi không sử
dụng BCS trong nhóm độc thân cao hơn nhóm đã từng kết hôn (p=0,041). Tỷ lệ nhiễm HIV trong
nhóm này là 16,2%.
Kết luận: Tỷ lệ không sử dụng các biện pháp an toàn như BCS, PrEP trong khi QHTD còn khá thấp
trong nhóm MSM tại thành phố Thái Nguyên. Tình trạng hôn nhân có mối liên quan tới hành vi sử
dụng BCS trong khi QHTD.
