Đặt vấn đề: Ung thư dương vật là căn bệnh hiếm gặp nhưng có tác động đáng để đến chất lượng cuộc sống về nhiều mặt. Người ta nhận thấy rằng phẫu thuật nạo vét hạch bẹn sớm có thể làm giảm tỷ lệ tái phát và mang lại lợi thế về khả năng sống sót lâu dài cho bệnh nhân. Để giảm các biến chứng của mổ mở, kĩ thuật nội soi nạo vét hạch bẹn được đề xuất.

Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu, báo cáo kết quả bước đầu về hiệu quả của kỹ thuật nội soi nạo vét hạch bẹn điều trị ung thư dương vật tại khoa Nam học- Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội108.

Báo cáo loạt ca lâm sàng: Có 03 trường hợp ung thư dương vật được phẫu thuật nội soi nạo vét hạch bẹn từ tháng 10 năm 2023 đến tháng 03 năm 2024. Thời gian nạo vét hạch trung bình mỗi bẹn 110.83 phút. Số hạch trung bình hai bên là tương đương nhau với 8.83 mỗi bẹn, không có hạch nào di căn. Không có bệnh nhân nào mắc biến chứng như nhiễm trùng vết mổ, họai tử da, nang bạch huyết sau mổ, huyết khối tĩnh mạch hay huyết khối động mạch phổi, 02 bệnh nhân phù nhẹ hai chi dưới khi đi lại nhiều hoặc đứng lâu, hết khi điều trị bảo tồn. Các bệnh nhân đều hài lòng với kết quả phẫu thuật.

Bàn luận: Bàn luận về các đặc điểm chung của bệnh nhân, đặc điểm của kỹ thuật mổ nội soi nạo vét hạch bẹn điều trị ung thư dương vật; cũng như nhấn mạnh tính hiệu quả và an toàn của kỹ thuật.

Kết luận: Kết quả ban đầu cho thấy phẫu thuật nội soi nạo vét hạch bẹn trong điều trị bệnh lý ung thư dương vật đang được thực hiện tại Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108 là khả thi, an toàn, hiệu quả, hạn chế tỉ lệ tại biến, biến chứng so với kĩ thuật mổ mở nạo vét hạch.
