Giới thiệu: Rối loạn chức năng tình dục ở nam giới, một vấn đề trở nên phổ biến hơn khi tuổi tác ngày càng tăng, bao gồm rối loạn cương dương (ED), giảm ham muốn tình dục và rối loạn xuất tinh. Nghiên cứu được triển khai mô tả tỷ lệ mắc các bệnh lý rối loạn chức năng tình dục ở nam giới mắc đái tháo đường, khảo sát mối liên quan giữa các bệnh lý rối loạn chức năng tình dục và các yếu tố nguy cơ tim mạch, biến cố tim mạch lớn ở nam giới mắc đái tháo đường tại tỉnh Quảng Nam năm 2024.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả loạt bệnh, từ tháng 01/2024 đến tháng 04/2024 tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Khu vực miền núi Phía Bắc Quảng Nam.

Kết quả nghiên cứu: Chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu trên 63 nam giới mắc ĐTĐ với độ tuổi trung bình 54,4 ± 9,1 năm và thời gian mắc ĐTĐ 5,1 ± 4,4 năm. Chúng tôi ghi nhận 15,9% người bệnh không dùng thuốc hạ đường huyết. Có trên 50% đối tượng có các yếu tố nguy cơ tim mạch như thừa cân, béo phì, hút thuốc lá, tăng huyết áp. Tỷ lệ rối loạn cương dương là 69,8% trong đó có đến 20,6% đối tượng nghiên cứu được ghi nhận là RLCD mức độ TB-nặng. Người bệnh ĐTĐ có rối loạn cương dương có tuổi, vòng bụng, HbA1C, đường máu đói, ure máu, tỷ lệ hút thuốc lá, bệnh lý thần kinh ĐTĐ, bệnh mạch vành, suy sinh dục gặp nhiều hơn có ý nghĩa khi so sánh với nhóm không mắc RLCD.

Kết luận: Cần có những nghiên cứu sâu hơn về vấn đề trên, giúp định hướng điều trị và giải quyết thực trạng còn tồn tại ở nhóm bệnh nhân nam giới mắc đái tháo đường.
