34. ĐÁNH GIÁ CHẤT LƯỢNG CUỘC SỐNG CỦA NGƯỜI BỆNH XẠ TRỊ TẠI MỘT BỆNH VIỆN CHUYÊN KHOA UNG BƯỚU HÀ NỘI NĂM 2023

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh ung thư xạ trị tại một bệnh viện chuyên khoa ung bướu Hà Nội.

Phương pháp: Sử dụng bộ công cụ chuẩn hóa EORTC QLQ-C30 để đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của 399 người bệnh ung thư xạ trị, lúc nhập viện và một tháng sau khi điều trị. Mức độ ảnh hưởng của xạ trị đến chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh được đánh giá dựa trên các mức tổng điểm thô (RawScore-RS) và điểm quy đổi (Score-S).

Kết quả: Chức năng thể chất, hoạt động, cảm xúc, nhận thức và chất lượng cuộc sống chung khi nhập viện đều có điểm cao hơn so với một tháng sau điều trị; trừ chức năng xã hội (2,59 điểm so với 2,39 điểm). Mệt mỏi, đau và mất ngủ là những vấn đề thường thấy, với mức điểm lần lượt là 2,80; 2,66 và 2,88. Phần lớn người bệnh (76,7%) chất lượng cuộc sống chung của họ bị ảnh hưởng khi nhập viện; tuy nhiên lệ này giảm chỉ còn 5% sau 1 tháng tỷ. Mệt mỏi, buồn nôn/nôn và đau hưởng đến hơn 50% người bệnh tại cả hai thời điểm. Các triệu chứng khác như mất ngủ, chán ăn, rối loạn chức năng tình dục cũng có tỷ lệ mắc cao từ 22,5% đến 98,3%.

Kết luận: Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy xạ trị có thể có tác động đáng kể đến sức khỏe thể chất và tinh thần của người bệnh, nêu bật sự cần thiết của các phương pháp chăm sóc đa hướng nhằm giải quyết cả khía cạnh lâm sàng và chất lượng cuộc sống trong hoạt động điều trị.
