20. ĐÁNH GIÁ MỐI LIÊN QUAN GIỮA MỨC ĐỘ STRESS, CHẤT LƯỢNG GIẤC NGỦ, CHẤT LƯỢNG CUỘC SỐNG VÀ SỰ THAY ĐỔI NỒNG ĐỘ HORMONE FSH, LH, PROLACTIN VỚI KẾT QUẢ ĐIỀU TRỊ BỆNH TRỨNG CÁ THÔNG THƯỜNG MỨC ĐỘ NẶNG BẰNG ISOTRETINOIN

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá mối liên quan giữa mức độ stress, chất lượng giấc ngủ, chất lượng cuộc sống và sự thay đổi nồng độ hormone FSH, LH, prolactin với kết quả điều trị bệnh trứng cá thông thường mức độ nặng ở bệnh nhân nữ bằng isotretinoin.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm lâm sàng, tiến cứu, so sánh kết quả trước và sau 3 tháng điều trị trứng cá thông thường trên 45 bệnh nhân nữ bằng isotretinoin 20 mg/ ngày, tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Trung ương từ tháng 10/2022 đến tháng 09/2023.

Kết quả: Sau 3 tháng điều trị điểm DASS21 giảm từ 13±12 xuống 11±12, P<0,01; điểm PSQI giảm từ 5,36±3,17 xuống 4,71±1,84, P=0,04; điểm DSQI giảm từ 7±5 xuống 4,64±2,6, P<0,01. Có mối liên quan đồng biến mức độ trung bình giữa mức độ stress (r=0,48; P<0,01) và chất lượng cuộc sống (r=0,34; P<0,01) với kết quả điều trị. Không có mối liên quan giữa chất lượng giấc ngủ và sự thay đổi nồng độ FSH, LH, prolactin với kết quả điều trị.

Kết luận: Uống isotretinoin 20 mg/ngày giúp giảm mức độ stress, cải thiện chất lượng giấc ngủ, cải thiện chất lượng cuộc sống cho các bệnh nhân nữ mắc trứng cá thông thường mức độ nặng sau 3 tháng điều trị.
