Abstract

Background: The expression of motivation is the willingness, effort, and passion to work to achieve the goals of the organization as well as the employees themselves. For medical facilities, the working motivation of medical staff affects the quality of medical service delivery.

Objective: Analyzing some related factors to the working motivation of health workers at the National Hospital of Endocrinology in 2022.

Methods: Cross-sectional study, quantitative research.

Results and conclusion: The study collect and analysis of quantitative information from 520 health workers at the National Hospital of Endocrinology through questionnaires. The research results show that 28.1% of health workers have high work motivation, 71.9% have low work motivation. There are 4 factors related to work motivation, including Marital Status, Medical doctor, taking care of patients with covid-19 and under pressure when taking care of patients with covid-19 of health workers in the hospital (p<0.05).
