Objectives: Describe the current status of healthcare service marketing activities at Phuong Nam General Hospital from December 2025 to March 2026.
Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 362 patients using a pre-structured questionnaire to describe the current state of patient satisfaction with communication and customer care services at the hospital. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square tests were then performed.
Results: The majority of patients were male (62.15%), with an average age of 41.68 ± 11.49. 75.14% were repeat patients and 66.57% were aware of marketing activities. The average satisfaction score was 3.83 ± 0.09; the overall satisfaction rate was 68.51%. Marketing activities were rated fairly well, but not consistently across different aspects.
Conclusions: Patient satisfaction is generally good, but there is still a significant percentage of dissatisfied patients. The hospital's marketing activities have been implemented, but need further improvement in strategy and communication effectiveness.
