Objective: To assess inpatient satisfaction with the treatment of cervicobrachial syndrome at Lao Cai Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital in 2025.
Subjects and Methods: A cross-sectional mixed-methods study was conducted among 216 inpatients diagnosed with cervicobrachial syndrome, combined with 04 in-depth interviews at Lao Cai Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital from June 2025 to June 2026.
Results: The overall inpatient satisfaction rate was 81.5%. Among the five evaluated quality dimensions, healthcare staff's attitudes and professional competence achieved the highest satisfaction level (98.1%), followed by transparency of information and administrative procedures (97.7%), service outcomes (95.8%), and accessibility (81.5%). Physical facilities and equipment received the lowest rating (50.0%). Notably, 94.4% of patients affirmed they would definitely return or recommend the hospital to others.
Conclusions: Inpatients with cervicobrachial syndrome demonstrated a high level of overall satisfaction, particularly appreciating staff competence, empathetic attitudes, and treatment outcomes. Hospital management should prioritise upgrading physical facilities and providing auxiliary amenities (such as a patient canteen) to enhance comprehensive service quality and foster patient-centred care.
