Objectives: To evaluate the response rate and describe the characteristics of sensory peripheral neuropathy associated with the first-line treatment outcomes of Vincristine-containing chemotherapy regimens in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Patients and Methods: A descriptive study was conducted on 127 patients treated with Vincristine-containing chemotherapy regimens at K Hospital from January 2024 to January 2026. Results: Our study recorded 87 patients (68,5%) treated with the R-CHOP regimen and 40 patients treated with the R-mini-CHOP regimen. After 3 cycles of treatment, the complete response (CR) rate was 33.9% (43/127 patients), with 9 patients experiencing stable or progressive disease. Upon completion of treatment, the overall CR rate reached 84.8% (100/118 patients). The end-of-treatment CR rates for R-CHOP and R-miniCHOP were 86.7% and 80.0%, respectively, showing no statistically significant difference (p=0,103). The incidence of sensory peripheral neuropathy was 45.7%, with no grade 3-4 toxicities recorded. Symptoms predominantly manifested mid-treatment, and 70.7% of patients experienced symptom resolution within 3 months post-treatment.
Conclusion: First-line vincristine-based chemotherapy regimens such as R-CHOP and R-miniCHOP demonstrate high treatment response rates, with sensory peripheral neuropathy occurring in 45.7% of cases, predominantly limited to grades 1–2.
