Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics and lesion morphology of patients with zygomatico-maxillary complex fracture in the period from 2024 to 2026.
Research methods: A retrospective study described 96 patients diagnosed and treated at the National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology, Hanoi from January 2024 to April 2026.
Results: The proportion of male patients accounted for the majority. The number of patients with only 1 fracture line accounts for a low rate of only 10.42%. Zygomatic fractures accounted for the highest rate of 54.17%. 72.92% of patients underwent surgery within 4 days after the injury.
Conclusion: A comprehensive assessment is needed in approaching patients with zygomatico-maxillary complex fracture to avoid missing lesions.
