KẾT QUẢ ĐIỀU TRỊ BƯỚC 1 UNG THƯ DẠ DÀY DI CĂN GAN BẰNG HOÁ CHẤT PHÁC ĐỒ OXALIPLATIN- TS-1

Background: Oxaliplatin plus TS-1 (SOX) has demonstrated efficacy in advanced gastric cancer; however, data in patients with liver metastases remain limited. Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of Oxaliplatin combined with TS-1 in the treatment of gastric cancer with liver metastases at 108 Military Central Hospital. Subjects, research methods: This was a retrospective–prospective, descriptive, longitudinal study including 40 gastric cancer with liver metastases patients treated with the Oxaliplatin–TS-1 regimen at 108 Military Central Hospital from May 2023 to the data cut-off in April 2026. Tumor response was assessed according to RECIST 1.1 criteria. Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were estimated using the Kaplan–Meier method. Adverse events were evaluated using CTCAE version 5.0. Results: At the data cut-off, a total of 40 patients were enrolled, the objective response rate was 40,0%, including complete response (CR) in 2,5% and partial response (PR) in 37,5%, the disease control rate was 77.5%. Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were 7 months and 12 months, respectively. Treatment-related toxicities were predominantly mild to moderate and clinically manageable. Conclusion: Oxaliplatin plus TS-1 demonstrated acceptable preliminary treatment outcomes with manageable toxicity in this cohort of gastric cancer patients with liver metastases. Further large-scale controlled studies are required to confirm its efficacy.
