Objective: To evaluate the clinical performance of a CAD/CAM-designed BioHPP hybrid membrane with an integrated abutment in guided bone regeneration (GBR) combined with immediate implant restoration.
Materials and Methods: A prospective case series included 28 partially or fully edentulous patients treated with implant placement and a CAD/CAM-designed BioHPP membrane. Success criteria were implant stability test (IST) >65, absence of infection, and no significant marginal bone loss. Aesthetic outcomes, masticatory function, oral hygiene, and complications were evaluated over 6 months. Data were analyzed using 95% confidence intervals. Results: The overall success rate was 96.4% (27/28 cases; 95% CI: 82.3–99.4%). One failure (3.6%) was associated with peri-implant infection and mild bone loss. Good aesthetic outcomes, masticatory function, and oral hygiene were achieved in 89.3%, 92.9%, and 85.7% of patients, respectively. Membrane exposure occurred in 7.1% of cases and was significantly associated with poor oral hygiene (p = 0.003). No implant rejection or material-related adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion: The CAD/CAM-designed BioHPP hybrid membrane with an integrated abutment is a promising approach for GBR with immediate implant restoration, providing high clinical success and low complication rates after 6 months.
