This study was conducted to describe the current status of respiratory diseases and several associated factors among workers at Uong Bi Coal Company, Quang Ninh Province, in 2025. A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out on 330 direct production workers at Uong Bi Coal Company from May to December 2025. Data were collected through direct interviews combined with clinical and paraclinical examinations performed by specialist physicians. The results showed that 46.1% of workers had at least one respiratory disease. Chronic rhinosinusitis was the most prevalent condition (22.7%), followed by pharyngitis (14.8%), occupational coal workers' pneumoconiosis (7.0%), and bronchitis (3.9%). In bivariate analysis, factors significantly associated with respiratory diseases included age ≥30 years, occupational exposure duration ≥10 years, and cigarette/water-pipe smoking (p<0.05). Conclusion: Respiratory diseases remain common among coal mining workers, particularly rhinosinusitis and pharyngitis. Measures to improve the working environment, strengthen health education and communication, and promote the proper use of personal protective equipment should be enhanced to protect workers' respiratory health.
