Objectives: To evaluate patient satisfaction regarding the quality of care and treatment at the Department of Rehabilitation, Hospital 19-8, during the period from October 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Methods: A comparative cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 220 patients using a standardized survey tool. Results: Patient satisfaction regarding the attitude and professional competence of healthcare workers consistently remained at a high level (>90%). Satisfaction with physical infrastructure and treatment rooms also remained above 65%. Discharge payment procedures recorded the lowest satisfaction rate (<34%). Conclusions and Recommendations: Upgrading the infrastructure has provided a positive treatment environment experience. The department needs to implement digital transformation in administrative procedures to facilitate patient convenience.
