Objective: To assess the outcomes of postoperative care and knee rehabilitation following arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction at 19-8 Hospital, Ministry of Public Security. Material and Methods: A retrospective and prospective cross-sectional study was conducted on 86 patients who underwent arthroscopic ACL reconstruction at the Department of Orthopedic Trauma Surgery, 19-8 Hospital. Patient demographics, causes of injury, postoperative complications, and functional recovery were evaluated. Results: Of the 86 patients included, with a male-to-female ratio of 2:1. Sports-related trauma was identified as the leading cause of injury. No postoperative complications were observed. Functional assessment revealed that 97.7% of patients achieved recovery, characterized by restored knee stability, complete range of motion, and absence of pain during activity. Conclusion:Postoperative care and rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction at 19-8 Hospital demonstrated favorable outcomes, with 97.7% of patients achieving good functional recovery. Early detection and treatment of sports-related injuries, together with enhanced nursing care, are essential to further improve clinical outcomes.
