Background and Objectives: In recent years, patient-centered care has become a key principle in improving healthcare service quality. Outpatient satisfaction not only reflects clinical quality but also indicates organizational performance and staff attitudes. In Vietnam, this indicator is regulated under Circular No. 19/2013/TT-BYT and emphasized in hospital quality improvement programs for 2020–2025 [1]. Previous studies have shown that waiting time, facilities, and healthcare workers’ communication significantly influence patient satisfaction [2,3]. This study aimed to describe the current level of outpatient satisfaction at Dong Thap Hospital of Traditional Medicine in 2026.
Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 158 outpatients attending the hospital in 2026.
Results: The overall satisfaction rate was 82.71% (mean score: 4.18 ± 0.19). Facilities and healthcare workers’ competence and attitudes received the highest ratings.
Conclusions: Outpatient satisfaction was relatively high; however, limitations remain in information transparency and administrative procedures, which require further improvement.
