Objective: Assess the level of satisfaction of parents at a vaccination center in Hanoi, thereby proposing solutions to improve service quality.
Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study on 401 parents with children under 5 years old who came to the Hanoi Vaccination and Nutrition Counseling Center for vaccination from October 2024 to June 2025. The study assessed the level of satisfaction of participants based on many aspects such as accessibility, facilities, staff attitudes and service outcomes. The final objective was to measure overall satisfaction, the need to return to use the service and the ability to recommend the center to others.
Results: Based on the research results, the overall satisfaction rate of parents with the service at the center was very high (97.3%). The satisfaction rate in all aspects was assessed at over 94%, in which the facilities and service means were rated the highest (97.5%).
Conclusion: The quality of vaccination services at the Hanoi Vaccination and Nutrition Counseling Center has been recognized and highly appreciated by the public.
