TÌNH TRẠNG RĂNG VÀ MỐI LIÊN QUAN VỚI LOÃNG XƯƠNG Ở PHỤ NỮ SAU MÃN KINH: TỔNG QUAN Y VĂN.

Abstract

Mục tiêu: Tổng quan y văn nhằm đánh giá mối liên hệ giữa loãng xương sau mãn kinh và các đặc điểm răng miệng.

Phương pháp: Tổng quan có hệ thống các tài liệu y học quốc tế và trong nước từ năm 2000 đến 2024, được tìm kiếm trên các cơ sở dữ liệu PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar và tạp chí Y học Việt Nam. Từ khóa bao gồm: “osteoporosis”, “postmenopausal women”, “tooth loss”, “periodontal disease”, “dental health”, “Vietnam”.

Kết quả: Các nghiên cứu quốc tế cho thấy loãng xương có liên quan đáng kể đến tình trạng mất răng, tiêu xương ổ răng và bệnh nha chu. Mật độ xương hàm có thể là chỉ báo tiềm năng phản ánh mức độ loãng xương toàn thân. Tuy nhiên, Việt Nam chưa có nghiên cứu dịch tễ học nào công bố về vấn đề này.

Kết luận: Loãng xương sau mãn kinh có thể là yếu tố nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe răng miệng. Việc phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa bác sĩ chuyên khoa Răng Hàm Mặt và bác sĩ Cơ xương khớp là cần thiết để chẩn đoán sớm, điều trị toàn diện và nâng cao chất lượng sống cho người bệnh.
