Abstract

Mục tiêu: Phát triển và đánh giá tính giá trị, độ tin cậy của bộ câu hỏi khảo sát kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành về cấp cứu ngoại viện của điều dưỡng tại Việt Nam.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu được thực hiện qua 3 giai đoạn gồm phát triển bộ câu hỏi, thẩm định tính giá trị nội dung và đánh giá độ tin cậy của bộ câu hỏi.

Kết quả: Bộ câu hỏi gồm 55 câu đạt giá trị nội dung cao (CVI, I-CVI, S-CVI/Ave và S-CVI/UA từ 0,83-1). Độ tin cậy nội tại được xác nhận với Cronbach’s Alpha từ 0,83-0,89, trong khi ICC cho test-retest sau 2 tuần dao động từ 0,84-0,89, cho thấy công cụ có tính ổn định và độ tin cậy cao theo thời gian.

Kết luận: Bộ câu hỏi có tính giá trị và độ tin cậy cao, phù hợp để khảo sát kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành cấp cứu ngoại viện tại Việt Nam, và là công cụ hữu ích trong đánh giá thực hành điều dưỡng.
