Abstract

Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm các nghiên cứu về lỗ thủng vách ngăn mũi; mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng và phương pháp điều trị lỗ thủng vách ngăn.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tổng quan luận điểm (scoping review) dựa theo khung Arksey và O’Malley, sử dụng bảng kiểm PRISMA-SCR. Dữ liệu được trích từ PubMed đến tháng 6 năm 2025 có 13 nghiên cứu đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn.

Kết quả: Nguyên nhân chính dẫn đến thủng vách ngăn mũi liên quan đến phẫu thuật (53,39%), không rõ nguyên nhân (23,9%), chấn thương (5,4%), ngoáy mũi (4,5%), thuốc xịt mũi (3,62%), chất gây nghiện (2,7%), bệnh lý tự miễn (0,9%). Triệu chứng cơ năng chính bệnh nhân gặp phải nhiều nhất là đóng vảy (63,5%), ngạt mũi (52,88%), chảy máu mũi (44,3%), tiếng huýt sáo (32,18%), chảy máu mũi tái phát (29,1%). Vật liệu phổ biến đóng lỗ thủng vách ngăn là vật liệu tự thân (92,3%), vật liệu sinh học kết hợp (30,77%), vật liệu đồng loại (7,7%). Thời gian theo dõi sau phẫu thuật từ 23-53 tháng thấy các triệu chứng khó chịu cho bệnh nhân được cải thiện rõ, tỉ lệ đóng kín lỗ thủng cao từ 78,6-100%.

Kết luận: Phẫu thuật là phương pháp điều trị tối ưu và hiệu quả đối với bệnh nhân có lỗ thủng vách ngăn mũi.
