45. TỔNG QUAN LUẬN ĐIỂM VỀ CHỨC NĂNG THANH THẢI LÔNG NHẦY NIÊM MẠC MŨI Ở NGƯỜI HÚT THUỐC LÁ

Abstract

Đặt vấn đề: Thanh thải lông nhầy là chức năng bảo vệ quan trọng của đường hô hấp. Nghiên cứu nhằm tổng hợp bằng chứng về tác động của hút thuốc lá đến chức năng này của mũi.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Tổng quan luận điểm, tìm trên cơ sở dữ liệu Pubmed và Google Scholar các bài báo bằng tiếng Anh về chức năng thanh thải lông nhầy mũi ở người hút thuốc lá, công bố từ tháng 01/2015 đến tháng 12/2024.

Kết quả: Tìm được 12 bài báo, đều đánh giá bằng đường saccharin. Thời gian thanh thải của nhóm hút chủ động và thụ động đều cao hơn nhóm không hút lần lượt là 1,7 đến 7,25 phút và 2,24 đến 5,08 phút. 3 nghiên cứu cho thấy thời gian thanh thải tăng theo thời gian hút và số lượng điếu/ngày, 1 nghiên cứu thấy không liên quan số lượng hút bao/năm. 4 nghiên cứu cho thấy ngừng hút thuốc làm giảm thời gian thanh thải, tuy nhiên chưa xác định được thời gian giá trị này trở về bình thường.

Kết luận: Hút thuốc lá chủ động và thụ động đều làm kéo dài thời gian thanh thải lông nhầy, tuy nhiên chưa đủ bằng chứng về liên quan với đặc điểm hút, thời gian hút, lượng thuốc lá tiêu thụ. Ngừng hút thuốc lá giúp cải thiện chức năng thanh thải lông nhầy.
