Abstract
The study was carried out on 205 medical records that were diagnosed with ovarian tumors in pregnant women who met the criteria at the record archive of Thai Binh Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. The results showed that 88.3% of cases were performed surgery to manage the tumor in combination with cesarean section. 11.7% were performed while pregnant and all were performed laparoscopically. 80% of the cases were performed with ovarian-sparing technique and 2.4% were performed to remove the tumor. Only 1 case had complications after surgery, accounting for 0.49%. Overall mean day of treatment: 5.06 ± 1.57 days.
