Abstract

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả 2 trường hợp cấy ghép thể hang nhân tạo loại 3 mảnh đồng thời kết hợp phẫu thuật làm dài dương vật tại Bệnh viện Nhân Dân 115.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: Báo cáo mô tả 2 trường hợp lâm sàng.

Kết quả: Một trường hợp 55 tuổi và 1 trường hợp 62 tuổi. Cả 2 đều bị rối loạn cương thất bại với điều trị bước 2. Thể hang trường hợp số 1 đo 19 cm, sử dụng thể hang nhân tạo 18 + 0,5 cm. Thể hang trường hợp số 2 đo 15 cm, sử dụng thể hang nhân tạo 14 + 1 cm. Cả 2 trường hợp đều kéo dài dương vật được 2,5 cm. Cả 2 trường hợp đều không ghi nhân biến chứng nào và hài lòng với kỹ thuật này.

Kết luận: Qua 2 trường hợp thực hiện kỹ thuật PPI đồng thời làm dài dương vật bước đầu ghi nhận đây là kỹ thuật an toàn, mang lại sự hài lòng cao cho bệnh nhân.
