Objective: To describe the quality of inpatient treatment services at Hanoi Children’s Hospital in 2025.
Methodology: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to assess the quality of inpatient treatment services at Hanoi Children’s Hospital in 2025.
Results: The quality of inpatient services at Hanoi Children’s Hospital in 2025 was highly rated by patients and their caregivers, with an overall satisfaction rate of 94%. Among the evaluated aspects: tangibles were rated positively at 78.7%, empathy at 89.4%, responsiveness at 92.8%, assurance at 93.2%, and reliability at 95.7%. The average service quality score assessed by customers was 4.21 out of 5. Factors related to the quality of inpatient treatment at Hanoi Children’s Hospital in 2025 include the occupation of the caregiver and the number of hospital visits for treatment.
Conclusion: The rate of assessment of quality of inpatient treatment services at Hanoi Children’s Hospital in 2025 is relatively hight, 94% and the mean score is 4,21/5.
