Objective: Describe the needs of patients after maxillofacial surgery at 108 Military Central Hospital in 2025.
Method: The cross-sectional study used a structure questionnaire to interview caring needs of patients after surgery at the Center for Craniofacial and Plastic Surgery, 108 Central Military Hospital.
Results: The general caring needs of patients after surgery at the Center for Craniofacial and Plastic Surgery, 108 Central Military Hospital in 2025 are 85,7% (calculated at 75% cut-off point). The need for medical care is high (99,6%), physical care are 67,9%. The need for mental and social care accounts for 70,2% and 93,6%, respectively. Additionally, the need for specialized consultation in dentistry and maxillofacial care is high at 75,8%
Conclusion: The demand for patient care after surgery in the Center for Craniofacial and Plastic Surgery, 108 Central Military Hospital is higher compared to other central hospitals in Hanoi.
