Abstract
The descriptive, cross-sectional study was implemented in Innov Green Company from September, 2019 to December, 2019 to assess the knowledge, practice of workers on occupational safety and health. The results showed that most of workers knew that protective clothing, gloves, and masks were personal protective equipment (PPE) with 98.3%, 82.6% and 71.6% respectively. In addition, the rate of workers knew about the diseases caused by working environment was pneumoconiosis (49.2%); osteoarthritis (45.8%). The percentage of workers using PPE regularly was 98.7%, in which the rate of workers used protective clothing, masks, and gloves were 91.2%, 75.3% and 44.7% respectively.
