Abstract

Objective: Assessing the feedback and usability of the Vietnamese version of iSupport, a World Health Organization online platform designed to improve knowledge and skills for caregivers of people with dementia.

Subject and methods: Research had 12 participants, including 4 health workers and 8 caregivers, were selected and guided to experience the program. Data on satisfaction and improvement requests were collected through questionnaires, coded, and analyzed using and NVIVO software.

Results: Research results show that the program achieved a content acceptance rate of over 80%, and was positively evaluated for its aesthetics, ease of use, and cultural appropriateness. Suggestions for improvement focused on layout, accessibility, and content functionality.

Conclusions: The study shows that iSupport has great potential in supporting caregivers while providing a basis for improvement and preparation for clinical trials to optimize effectiveness and practical applicability.
