Abstract

Objectives: The  study  aims  to  analyze  some  factors  influencing  the  working motivation of  medical staff at Tay Nguyen University Hospital, in 2024;

Methods:  A cross-sectional study of qualitative and qualitative research was conducted through interviews with 115 health workers. 10 in-depth interview and 3 group;

Results: The average score of general work motivation of medical staff is (3,977±0,53); Some positive factors were working conditions, relationships with colleagues and managers, appropriate job placement, and a rating system. The negative factor was low salary and allowances.

Conclusion: The hospital needs to implement measures to maintain and promote nursing motivation based on
