41. COMBINED ANTERIOR CRUCIATE AND ANTEROLATERAL LIGAMENT RECONSTRUCTION

Abstract

Objective: the purpose of this study is to evaluate the function outcomes for anterior cruciate and anterolateral ligament reconstruction.

Subject and methods: a retrospective case series of 10 patients who underwent anterior cruciate and anterolateral ligament reconstruction from 10/2023 to 5/2024. Anterior cruciate grafts: hamstring (5 patients), superficial quad tendon (1 patients), bone patellar tendon bone (4 patients). Anterolateral graft: anterior half of peroneus longus tendon (10 patients). All patients were follow up at least 6 months.

Results: Lysholm knee scoring scale were Excellent (10 patients), no complications in the study; all patients were satisfied.

Conclusion: Combined anterior cruciate and anterolateral ligament reconstruction have excellent clinical outcomes with no complication.
