Mục tiêu: Nhận xét một số đặc điểm lâm sàng bệnh nhân trĩ điều trị bằng Laser Diode tại Bệnh viện
Trung ương quân đội 108 và nhận xét đặc điểm kỹ thuật và kết quả điều trị bệnh trĩ bằng Laser Diode
tại Bệnh viện Trung ương quân đội 108.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu kết hợp tiến cứu. Mô tả trên 59 bệnh nhân trĩ độ
II và III được điều trị bằng Laser Diode, sử dụng máy phát tia Laser Diode với bước sóng 1470nm
(Biolitec, Đức). Năng lượng laser từ 10 – 15W, mỗi xung dài 1,2s khoảng cách 0,6s giữa các xung.
Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân trong nghiên cứu là 42,8 ± 14,3, tỉ lệ nam/ nữ là 1,4. Trĩ độ
III chiếm tỉ lệ 66,1%. Tỉ lệ thành công thực hiện kỹ thuật đạt 98,3%. Thời gian mổ trung bình là 15,9
± 4,5 phút. Điểm đau trung bình ngày thứ 1, ngày thứ 7, ngày thứ 14 và 6 tuần sau mổ lần lượt là 3,6
± 0,9; 1,7 ± 0,7; 1,0 và 0. Thời gian nằm viện trung bình là 1,3 ± 0,9 ngày. Tỉ lệ biến chứng chung là
13,6%. Điểm HDSS trung bình trước điều trị và sau điều trị 3 tháng tương ứng 8,6 ± 2,3 và 1,0 ± 1,0.
Kết luận: Kỹ thuật điều trị trĩ bằng Laser Diode bước sóng 1470nm là an toàn, có hiệu quả trong
điều trị trĩ hỗn hợp độ II và III.
